We typically like to take control or significant influence stakes, though will also invest in minority positions and listed equity. Our specialisation is realising undervaluation in complex situations, using our expertise in valuation and capital markets and our understanding of the strategic buyer universe.

Industrial Technology Investments calls on the resources, expertise and network of Industrial Technology Advisors, which acts as investment advisor to the fund. The fund benefits from an independent Board of Directors and an advisory council of leading figures provided by an associated business, Industrial & Financial Solutions Global.

The driver of the fund is to create continuous capital growth for its investors as evidenced by its Net Asset Value per share development. Unaudited NAV per share in the first investment has increased by over 30% during the last year. We welcome interest from new professional investors.
